RECHARGEABLE
Using the included USB cable, the front and rear battery can be charged simultaneously. A red indicator light will indicate the batteries are charging and will turn off once they have been fully charged in about 1.5 hours.
Safe
The T3 lighting system is protected by shatter-proof polycarbonate lenses. The lenses not only protect the LED lights from damage, but act as a diffuser making the rider just as visible from the side as the front or rear. The lenses also happen to be an integral part of the impact structure of the helmet’s front and rear.
Durable
It not only includes 10 integrated LED lights, but two rechargeable batteries offering up to 36 hours of continued use in a weather resistant design for safe riding in any type of weather, day or night!

Our mission to innovate the cycling helmet began with a simple yet ambitious goal: to enhance rider safety and visibility without compromising on style or comfort. Here’s a glimpse into our journey of creating the ultimate cycling helmet with integrated LED lights.
Ideation and Concept Development
Our journey started with a deep dive into understanding the needs of cyclists. We conducted extensive market research, gathering insights from riders, safety experts, and industry trends. The common thread was the need for better visibility and safety, especially in low-light conditions. Armed with this knowledge, we conceptualized a helmet that seamlessly integrated bright, durable LED lights, providing 360-degree visibility.
Design and Prototyping
Next, our design team got to work, sketching out initial concepts and creating 3D models. We focused on a sleek, modern design that wouldn’t just meet safety standards but also appeal aesthetically to cyclists. The challenge was to integrate the LED system without compromising the helmet’s aerodynamic properties or comfort. Using advanced materials, we developed our first set of prototypes, complete with basic LED systems, to test fit and functionality
Engineering and Development
With a solid prototype in hand, our engineering team tackled the technical challenges. Our mechanical engineers refined the helmet’s structure to ensure maximum impact protection, while our electrical engineers designed a robust, waterproof LED circuitry with long-lasting battery life. We also developed a user-friendly control interface for the LEDs, ensuring riders could easily operate them even while on the move.
Testing and Validation
We subjected our prototypes to rigorous testing. Safety was paramount, so we conducted extensive impact tests to ensure compliance with international safety standards. User testing provided invaluable feedback on comfort and LED functionality, while environmental tests assured us that our helmet could withstand various weather conditions. Each test pushed us to refine and perfect our design.
